Prepares teams to respond quickly to chemical leaks or spills, safely using absorbent materials, barriers and containment kits.
Prior knowledge of basic chemical classification (desirable).
Prepare participants to respond safely to spills, controlling the source, spread and exposure.
Brigade members, operators, HSE, maintenance and staff who handle chemicals.
Theory and practice with identification, containment and response exercises.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive: ITPMI / MDT Accreditation.
